Finding the Convention Space
FallCon 38 is being held in Hall EX which is the North building of the convention centre. If coming from the Centre Street C-Train platform, Stephen Avenue, or the Parkade, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. If coming from a connected building downtown, use the Plus 15 walkways. More information can be found by visiting the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre website.
Parking Options
Calgary Parking Authority Lot 60 is located inside the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre and has 342 standard stalls and 7 accessible stalls.
Free street parking is available after 6:00 pm daily and all day on Sunday. After 3:00 pm, parking is free at The CORE Shopping Centre for the first 3 hours and a $2.00 flat rate after that.
You can download the Calgary Parking Authority's My-Parking App to find available parking spaces and pay for your session right from your phone.
Access by Calgary Transit
The Red and Blue line C-Trains go through downtown and can get you to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre. For eastbound trains, get off at Centre Street Station which will drop you off just behind the convention centre. For westbound trains, get off at 1st Street SW Station and cross the street to the Convention Centre.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found will be located at the Registration Desk as you enter the convention area.
Food and Beverages in the Convention Space
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the gaming area. Please protect the games, notify staff of any spills, and dispose of garbage promptly. Neither alcohol, cannabis, nor any illicit substance is permitted.
Washrooms
Washrooms are located downstairs on the first floor of the Convention Centre and can be accessed by the escalator, stairs or elevator. The washrooms at the rear of the convention hall are under renovation during the summer and may not be available in time for FallCon.
